• What are your greatest strengths?
By asking this question the interviewer wants to know your strengths that might be beneficial for the post you are opting for in the job. He also wants to know if your strengths are realistic enough, so avoid saying anything that might sound like a dream but doesn’t have any realism in it.
For example, I have good communication skills, I can connect really well with the employees and customers in the office.

To answer these questions in a positive light, you need to give emphasis on the positive and avoid using negative words like failure or inept. It would be better if you also tell how you are working on your weakness and have transformed it into your strength.
For example, Procrastination is one of my biggest weaknesses but I have tried to work on it by adopting the practice of time management effectively. Now I am able to organize my work according to the time and have been able to attain better results in it.

This is one of the most asked questions, try to give a unique answer for this because you never know your selection might depend on it.
For example, The job requirement shows that you are looking for someone with patience and effective communication skills. While interning for some companies, I learned how to be patient with the customers and clients. Completing the internship helped me develop better communication and leadership skills which are crucial to performing the responsibilities listed in this job.
